Moody Tongue is a new brewery in Chicago that was founded on the principal that brewing beer should be treated with as much care and attention as any culinary art. They even coined the term “culinary brewing” to described their process. Co-Founders, Jared Roubin and Jeremy Cohn, approached me to make a spot for them that would simultaneously showcase Jared’s culinary background and bridge the concept of brewing with the world of culinary cooking. With a focus on ingredients and food instead of beer, this piece was a departure from what normal beer commercials aim to convey.
